Debra Hubbard Getting to know me.... Trust and professionalism are essential in today's fiercely competitive real estate market. My real estate experience originally began when I was licensed in 1983 under my broker and mother, real estate professional of 30+ years. In addition to holding a real estate license, I am also a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Samford University. Real Estate Certifications include Graduate Realtor Institute, Accredited Buyer Representative and Short Sales and Forclosure Resource Certification. In addition to being able to serve you in buying and selling real estate, I can also assist you with building a new home. Working in conjunction with my spouse who is a licensed home builder, I can assist you in the selection of a home site, choosing a home plan, selection of building materials and builder finishes. I am Certified through the National Association of Home Builders as a New Home Sales Professional.
